My stay at Vista Sui Sassi Civico 16 was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right near the historic center of Matera. However, the suite I booked was not what I expected—very small, with rooms that weren't connected and a fridge that didn’t work. I struggled with the heating too, which wasn’t sufficient for the chilly nights.
